Welcome to my new website.

I am Laura, a wife, mum of two young children, and live in Blackboys, East Sussex.

I previously worked as a veterinary nurse for over twenty years, in a mixed practice at the start of my career, working my way up as a qualified nurse, deputy, head nurse and a clinical coach, teaching and training students.

At the start of the pandemic I decided to take a break from nursing and concentrate on starting a family. Whilst doing this I retrained as a reflexologist, as I had personally found it to be really beneficial in helping with stress, anxiety and helping me relax and sleep better.

Now a Level 3 qualified reflexology practitioner, completed through Brighton Holistics, I am able to share the benefits of reflexology with you. Now offering Preconception, pregnancy and post natal reflexology.

Reflexology available in Blackboys at my home, also offering home visits in Uckfield, Heathfield, Hailsham and surrounding areas. Fully insured with FHT.

Please contact me if you would like to book a treatment.

Rates: £40 per 45 minute session at my treatment room or £45 for a home visit in your own home. Book and pay for a block of 6 treatments and recieve 10% discount.

Preconception, pregnancy and post natal reflexology £50 for 60 minute session at my treatment room or £55 for a treatment in your own home, book a block of 6 treatments paying in full and recieve 10% discount.

Are you suffering from the symptoms of the menopause, Anxiety, hot flushes, insomnia, night sweats, low mood, poor memory and concentration.

Reflexology can help support you through the menopause, by helping to reduce the symptons and along with the 5 pillars for healthy menopause. Which are nutritian, exercise, relaxation, sleep and purpose.

A time to pause and reframe and be the best you can be.

The menopause is a natural process and it is a journey that women will come through. Whilst perimenopause and menopause can be pretty tough time for women there are things that we can do that may help. On average we spend a third to half of our lives post menopause, so we need to embrace this as a time for us to decide who we want to be for the rest of our lives and make a plan for how we can achieve it. This may mean lifestyle changes need to be made to help ensure that we transition through the healthy ageing. However there may be times when we may need a little bit of extra support and choosing reflexology can be a wonderful way to smooth this journey.

Reflexology to support the menopausal woman £50 for 60 minute session at my treatment room or £55 for a home visit in your own home or 75 minute treatment £65 including lymphatic drainage at my treatment room or £70 for a home visit in your own home. Book a block of 6 treatments and pay in full  and recieve 10% discount.
